User Data Deletion Policy

This policy applies to:

• All Grovio users
• Data collected through Grovio websites, applications, and dashboards
• Data accessed via connected third-party platforms (social, content, and community platforms)

Upon request, Grovio will delete or permanently anonymize, where applicable:

• User account information (name, email, workspace details)
• Connected platform data (posts, analytics, engagement metrics)
• OAuth access tokens and permissions
• AI prompts and generated outputs associated with the user account
• Cached content imported from third-party platforms

To request deletion of your data:

1. Send an email to privacy@grovio.ai
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
3. Send the request from the email address associated with your Grovio account
4. Include your workspace name (if applicable)

No login or additional forms are required.

• Grovio may verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion
• Once verified, deletion will be completed within 30 days
• You will receive confirmation when the process is complete

Users can disconnect Grovio from third-party platforms at any time:

• From within Grovio's dashboard
• Directly from the platform's security or application settings

For Google and YouTube services, access can also be revoked via:

https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

• Deleted Grovio accounts are permanently removed within 30 days
• Encrypted backups are retained for disaster recovery only and are purged within 30 days
• Backups are isolated and not used for active processing

For Facebook and Instagram integrations:

• Users may request deletion of data accessed via Meta APIs by following the steps above
• Grovio complies with Meta Platform Policies regarding data deletion and retention
