Geographic Scope:
Grovio is intended for use by businesses operating in India, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and Southeast Asia. We do not actively market our Services to individuals located in the European Union.

We do not scrape data or bypass platform safeguards.

Grovio integrates with third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Reddit, Snapchat, TikTok, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Discord, Telegram, Slack, and similar services.
- Data Usage: We access platform data only through official APIs and within user-authorized permissions. Platform data is used solely to provide user-requested features such as publishing, analytics, moderation, and engagement management.
- Google Privacy: Use of Google and YouTube integrations is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Revocation: Users may revoke access at any time via the respective platform's security settings. For Google services, access can be revoked via the Google Security Settings page.
6. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Trusted infrastructure and payment providers
- User-authorized integrations
- Legal authorities when required
- Successors in the event of a business transaction
We do not sell personal information.
7. Data Retention
- Account data: Active period + 30 days
- System logs: 90 days
- Analytics data: Aggregated up to 24 months
- Deleted accounts: Permanently removed within 30 days

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing privacy@grovio.ai from your registered email address.
Requests are verified and completed within 30 days, subject to legal and security obligations.
